Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An official meeting ceremony of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who is making an official visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran, was held at the Jumkhuri Palace of the Saadabad complex in Tehran.

The head of our state was met by the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi.

A guard of honor was lined up in the square in front of the palace in honor of the distinguished guest. The national flags of Uzbekistan and Iran were raised.

The military band played the national anthems of the two countries.

The Presidents walked around the guard of honor and greeted the members of the official delegations.
