Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The Swiss company Business & Finance Consulting, together with the employees of the Service for the Protection of Consumer Rights of Banking Services of the Central Bank, conducted a study through the "mystery shopper" method of the quality of services provided in more than 60 branches of 11 commercial banks in 6 regions republics.

A seminar was organized at the Central Bank to analyze the results of this study with the participation of heads of commercial banks and senior officials, as well as project experts and the chief director of Business & Finance Consulting.

During the event, representatives of a foreign company provided information on the methodology for assessing the quality of services in banks.

At the same time, issues were discussed regarding the organization of work with clients in banks, elimination of problems and shortcomings identified in the process of studying, improving the services provided to clients in banks based on foreign practice, as well as the widespread introduction of the use of digital technologies in this direction.
