The epicenter was Ferghana city of Ferghana region. Earthquake coordinates: 40.23 degrees north latitude; 71.77 degrees east longitude. Magnitude M=4.5. Depth 5 km. The distance from the epicenter to Tashkent is 244 km in a southeast direction.
