Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The national team of Uzbekistan among disabled amputees clinched two victories at the World Championship in Istanbul (Turkey).

In the first match of the tournament, the national team of Uzbekistan beat Poland with a score of 3:1.

In the second match of the World Championship, the Uzbekistan team defeated the Spanish national team with a score of 3:0. This victory allowed Uzbekistan to advance to the quarterfinals of the World Championship.

On 3 October, the national team of Uzbekistan will play a match against Tanzania.
