The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the third emissions of the shares of the bank, headquarters of which located in Samarkand city.

Within the emission, the bank will emit 1 million ordinary shares with par value of 10,000 soums each. Total volume of the issue will make up 10 billion soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on open subscription. The bank said the shares will be placed on market value, but not less than its nominal cost.
