Amirbank to float shares for 3 billion soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Private open joint stock commercial bank “Amirbank” will place ordinary shares for 3 billion soums.

The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered the prospectus of the emission of the fourth issue of the bank.

According to the prospectus of emission, Amirbank will place 300,000 shares with par value of 10,000 soums each. Total sum of the issue is 3 billion soums.

The bank said that the emission of shares will be placed on open subscription.

Amirbank is a young and dynamically developing bank in the Republic of Uzbekistan with headquarters in Samarkand. The Bank operates under the License for performing bank operations issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No.76 as of 4 October 2008.

As of the third quarter of 2012, the bank’s assets grew by 26.51% year-on-year to 26.1 billion soums.

The credit portfolio of the bank rose by 8.17% year-on-year in the third quarter to 11.8 billion soums, the bank said.

Own capital of the bank made up 12.9 billion soums, or grew by 7.29% year-on-year. The charter capital of the bank rose by 4.33% to 12.2 billion soums, or 94.48% of aggregate capital.
