Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The President of Uzbekistan signed the Law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

The law will bring the requirements of 10 laws and 2 codes into line with the Tax Code.

In particular, amendments were made to the Law "On guarantees of freedom of entrepreneurial activity", according to which the current procedure for checking entrepreneurs was canceled, and the procedure for checking was brought in line with the Tax Code.

Now, the verification of entrepreneurs will be initiated based on the results of the risk analysis.

From now on, all audits, with the exception of cameral tax audits, are subject to registration in the electronic system.

Checks carried out without registration in the Unified System of Electronic Registration of Checks are illegal.

The results of the inspections carried out are entered by the regulatory authorities into the Unified System for Electronic Registration of Inspections within three days after their completion.

This Law comes into force from the day of its official publication.
