Within the emission, the insurance company will additionally place 2 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,380 soums each.

According to the decision of the company, ALSKOM shareholders have primary right to purchase the shares of additional shares.

The shares will be placed on open subscription among number of unlimited investors after end of the term of primary right of shareholders.

In line with the decision of the Supervisory Council of ALSKOM from 3 February 2016, the price of the placed share set at 1,700 soums per share.
