As reported earlier, Alskom received net income for 3.138 billion soums in 2013.

According to the decision of the shareholders, the company will direct 156.923 million soums (5% of net income) to reserve fund and 31.384 million (1%) to insurance fund, as well as 44.252 million (1.5%) to fund on protection of labour.

The shareholders allocated 27.5 million soums to payment of dividends for 2013. The size of the dividend is 500 soums per share (50%) of par value.

About 200 million soums were issued to remuneration of Supervisory Council, Revision Commission and employees.

The company will direct over 2.18 billion soums to capitalization of the charter capital, of which 2.154 billion soums will be from stabilization reserve and 26.287 million soums from net income for 2013.

Other part of net income for 498.202 million was kept undistributed and used as turnover funds, the company said.
