The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of insurance company.

Within the emission, the company will issue 5,682,358 ordinary and 55,000 preferential shares with par value of 1,380 soums each. Total volume of the issue is 7.917 billion soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription via replacement old shares with par value of 1,000 soums to new ones with nominal value of 1,380 soums.

The difference between par values will be paid due to net income of the company for 2013.
