Shareholders of the company directed 6.883 million soums for formation of reserve fund and 13.776 million soums for formation of insurance fund, as well as 1.755 million soums for formation of fund on labour protection.

The company allocated 12.5 million soums for payment of dividends on preferential shares. The insurer will pay 500 soums per each preferential stock. Total number of preferential shares makes up 25,000.

Shareholders directed other part of the net income for 102.759 million soums to fill turnover means of the company.
