The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of shares of the bank on 2 February 2015.

The bank will place 136,363,700 ordinary shares with par value of 110 soums each. Total volume of emission will make up 15 billion soums.

The shares will be placed on open subscription.

The share of the issue will be placed via exchange and organized off-exchange market. At the same time, at least 25% of shares will be placed via UZSE.
