Aloqabank to direct 10.676bn soums to increase charter capital

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Joint stock commercial Aloqabank will direct 10.676 billion soums to increase its charter capital.

According to the decision of the shareholders of the bank, Aloqbank will direct over 10,676 billion soums of undistributed income for 2014 to increase par value of shares from 110 soums to 121 soums.

It is worth to mention that currently the charter capital of the bank is 106.766 billion soums.
