In line with the bank’s statement, Alokabank registered emission of corporate bonds at the Center for coordinating and controlling over functioning of securities market.
Within the issues, the Uzbek bank will place 30,000 corporate bonds with par value of 100,000 soums each, Alokabank said.
Circulation term of the bonds is 1,825 days. The coupons will be paid each quarter based on refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan (currently 12%).
As reported earlier, Alokabank also registered the emission of corporate bonds for 6 billion soums (60,000 bonds with par value of 100,000 soums).
Charter capital of Alokabank makes up 60 billion soums, which comprises of 588 million ordinary and 12 million prudential stocks with par value of 100 soums.
