Shareholders directed part of net income at the size of 1.293 billion soums for payment of dividends. The shareholders also can direct their dividends for capitalization of the charter capital.

At the same time, the company will pay 6,722.64 soums per share. Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 192,434 ordinary shares.

Shareholders also directed 72.677 million soums to formation of reserve fund and 87.213 million soums for awards in the result of 2009.
