ALFA GROUP to place shares for 1.5bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
ALFA GROUP, an Uzbek-British joint venture in form of open joint stock company, registered new emission of shares for 1.5 billion soums.
The company said that it registered a prospectus of emission at the Center for coordinating and controlling over functioning of securities market on 10 November 2011.
ALFA GROUP will float 1.5 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each within the emission.
According to the prospectus of the emission, the company will place these shares on open subscription within a year.
ALFA GROUP is engaged in wholesale trade, renting real estate and cargo transportation.
