Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Beeline, a largest communication operator of Uzbekistan (Unitel LLC and JV Buzton), appointed Alexey Bulakh as a head of its legal service.

"The legal analysis of business proposals to company, updating and preparation of corporate policies and procedures, meeting requirements of current time, is only a small part of the tasks, which Alexey should solve at his new tenure, Beeline CEO Andrey Safronyuk said. - All of these, in the long run, will help to improve quality of services of Beeline as a whole.

Alexey Bulakh said that skilled and maximum efficiency of legal team is a key for successful and long—term development of any company. Along with analysing documentation and participation in on-going Beeline projects, he said he plans to pay attention to improve system on responding to customer requests, which will improve feedback efficiency.

Alexey Bulakh was born in the town Bolshoy Kamen in Primorski Krai (Russia) in 1979. In 2001 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Far Eastern State University. After graduation he worked as a lawyer in the Pacific state broadcast company for a year.

From 2002 to 2006 Alexey continued his career as a lawyer at CJSC FF Vostok-1. In 2006 he moved to LLC Management Company PIC and Co.

From December 2008 he worked as Deputy Manager of the Legal Department at New Telephone Company (Vladivostok). After the merger NTC with VimpelCom Alexey led the group on legal support of Primorski branch Beeline.

On 16 August 2013, Alexey Bulakh was appointed as a head of the legal function at Beeline in Uzbekistan. His hobby is photography and sports. He is married and has a son.
