Akmal Nuriddinov becomes head of Uzbekistan Art Academy

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- People’s artist of Uzbekistan Akmal Nuriddinov (Akmal Nur) has been appointed as chairperson of Uzbekistan Art Academy.

According to the Academy, Akmal Nuriddinov became the head of the Uzbekistan Art Academy on 1 March 2012.

At this post, Akmal Nuriddinov replaced Jalaliddin (Ravshan) Mirtajiev, who has been appointed as acting chairperson of Uzbekistan Art Academy.
