Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In accordance with an order from the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan, Akbar Jalilov has been appointed as the advisor to the minister on coordinating the provision of medical services to people with disabilities.
Akbar Jalilov completed his bachelor’s degree at the Tashkent Medical Academy in 2014 and his residency at the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Assistance in 2016. He began his professional career in a primary healthcare facility in the Konimex district of the Navoi region.
Throughout his career, Jalilov held various positions, including Inspector at the National Center for Rehabilitation and Prosthetics of Disabled Persons, Chief Specialist at the Agency for Medical and Social Services, Chief Specialist at the Health Department of the Navoi Region, and Acting Head of Department at the Ministry of Health.
Before his new appointment, Akbar Jalilov worked as the Deputy Head of the Department for Assessing the Functionality of Disabled Persons at the National Social Protection Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
