Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  Air France is considering the possibility of launching flights to Uzbekistan.

During the international tourism exhibition IFTM Top Resa, held in Paris, a meeting took place between a delegation led by the Chairman of the Tourism Committee, Umid Shadiev, and the Commercial Director of Air France, Frédéric Décors.

According to the Tourism Committee, the parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation.

In an effort to increase the flow of tourists from France to Uzbekistan, both sides agreed to explore the potential for opening new flight routes.

They also discussed the prospects of collaborating to promote Uzbekistan’s tourism potential.
