The company said it will issue 4,682,531 with nominal value of 1,000 soums each. The company plans to raise 4,682,531,000 soums from the emission. The shares will be placed on open subscription.

Earlier, the company placed 246,375 shares, of which 3,844 are preferential stocks, with par value of 1,000 soums.

The placement of shares will raise the charter capital of Ahangarancement from 246.375 million soums to 4.928 billion soums.

Based in Tashkent region, Ahangarancement produced 1.839 million tonnes of cement in 2008 against 1.63 million tonnes in 2007.
