Ahangarancement starts to realize new cement products
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ahangarancement open joint stock company started to realize portland-pozzolana cement 400 in Uzbekistan.

On 18 February 2011, the enterprise put the first party of the portland-pozzolana cement 400 to exchange trades at the Uzbek Commodity Exchange (UzEX).

The company said that it carried out several measures to avoid difficulties in realization of goods. The company studied demand of consumers, carried out explanation advantages of the new cement product, presented necessary certificates, technical documentations and samples of cement for lab research.

In the past period, the company put 25,091 tonnes of portland-pozzolana cement 400 in bulk, of which 25,080 tonnes were realized. Ahangarancement is working on realization of packed cement and it is now developing packages for it.

Ahangarancement OJSC is the second largest cement plant of Uzbekistan. Its market share is 27.9%. The enterprise exports cement to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic and Turkmenistan. The enterprise produces mineral wool products, construction mixtures, ferroconcrete items.
