The Center for coordination and development of the securities market registered a decision of the bank to issue the stocks on 27 September 2013.

Within the emission Agrobank will place 37,584,781 shares with par value of 1,150 soums each. Total sum of the issue makes up 43,222,498,150 soums.

Pakhta Bank has been reorganized into Agrobank open joint stock commercial bank in March 2009. The bank renders banking services to farmers, producing agriculture enterprises, cotton and grain processing plants, etc.
