According to the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, the charter capital will increase due to resources of shareholders and new investors.

The decision on increasing the charter capital was adopted in line with the presidential resolution “On measures on organization of the activities of joint stock company “Uzagrosanoatholding” from 17 November 2016.

The assets of Agrobank made up 5.115 trillion soums and the charter capital – 367.1 billion soums.

In the first half of 2016, the bank was additionally capitalized by 50 billion soums, which should improve capitalization figure by 6.3%, the regulator said.
