In line with the decision of shareholders, Agrobank will be able to place 98,055,653 ordinary shares with par value of 1,150 soums each. Total emission volume will make up 113.799 billion soums.

According to the bank, the charter capital of Agrobank makes up 126.201 billion soums, which consists of 109.24 million ordinary and 500,000 preferential shares. The volume of announced shares for increasing charter capital makes up 98,055,653 ordinary shares.

Pakhta Bank has been reorganized into Agrobank open joint stock commercial bank in March 2009. The bank renders banking services to farmers, producing agriculture enterprises, cotton and grain processing plants, etc.
