The bank said the changes to charter will touch the authorized capital of Agrobank. The disclosure said the charter capital of the bank will make up 80.1 billion soums.

At the same time, the charter capital of the bank will comprise of 79.6 million ordinary shares and 500,000 preferential shares with par value of 1,000 soums each.

The bank said it will issue additional shares for 19.9 billion soums. Agrobank will issue 19.9 million shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. The shares will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders.

Largest shareholders of the bank are Ministry of Finance (25%) and Fund for Reconstruction and Development of Uzbekistan (23.7%).
