Agrobank issues 284bn soums to businesses
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Open joint stock commercial bank Agrobank provided over 284.1 billion soums to implementation of the presidential decree “Programme of measures on supporting basic industries of real sectors of economy and ensuring their stable work and increasing export potential”.
The press service of the bank said that about 22% of loans were issued to industry, 43% - agriculture sector and 13% - material-technical sphere. Other part was issued to construction and other sectors, the bank said.
As of 1 October 2013, the balance of investment loans in the bank’s portfolio grew by 70.3 billion soums to 712.1 billion soums.
