Agro Invest Sug’urta to pay dividends for nine months of 2011
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Agro Invest Sug’urta open joint stock company received net income for 184.094 million soums in nine months of 2011, the company’s statement said.
At the extraordinary meeting, shareholders of Agro Invest Sug’urta adopted decision on payment of dividends for nine months of 2011.
According to the company, Agro Invest Sug’urta will pay 52.6 soums of dividends per ordinary share. Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 3.5 million units.
In line with the decisions, Microcreditbank, which owns 83.36% stake of Agro Invest Sug’urta, will receive 154.38 million soums as dividends and Agromashlizing, which holds 16.14% share in the company, - 29.712 million soums.
Agro Invest Sug’urta OJSC was founded on 7 October 2008. The company functions in voluntary insurance market and works on 8 insurance classes.
