The net income of insurance company made up 37.016 million soums in 2013.

In line with the decision of the shareholders, the company willpay 9.254 million soums of net income to form reserve fund.

The shareholders decided to direct 10 million soums to remuneration of members of Supervisory Council and Revision Commission.
