Shareholders adopted decision that the company can issue 9 million shares with par value of 1,000 soums each.

Total volume of the emission will make up 9 billion soums. The company said that Microcreditbank will buy 7,547,500 ordinary shares, while Agromashlizing will acquire 1,323,750. Agrosuvpromkomplekt will purchase 128,750 stakes in Agro Invest Sug’urta.

Agro Invest Sug'urta OJSC was founded on 7 October 2008. The company functions in voluntary insurance market and works on 8 insurance classes.

Shareholders of the company are Microcreditbank (83.86%) and Agromashlizing (16.14%).
