The charter capital of LEMKEN Chirchiq LLC was formed at the size of 500,000 euros, and Chirchiqqishloqmash holds 70% stake at the enterprise, while LEMKEN owns 30% shares.

LEMKEN Chirchiq will produce universal mounted turnwrest plough of EurOral 73+1 model, rotary harrow with active working bodies of Zirkon 8/250 model, disk harrows of Smaragd 9/300 model and soil compressors of VarioPack 110 WDP70 model.

In 2012-2014, it is planned that LEMKEN Chirchiq will localize production of agriculture equipment at the level of 50%.

In line with the governmental resolution, the venture received tax holidays for five years. However, the company will pay mandatory payments to Pension Fund, National Road Fund and Fund for Reconstruction, capital repair and equipment of educational and medical establishments.

The enterprise also was exempted from payment of tax payments (except customs registration fee) to imported components, spare parts and materials, which are used in production of agriculture equipment and spare parts used for service maintenance.
