Agregat Zavodi OJSC to pay dividends for 2011
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Shareholders of open joint stock company Agregat Zavodi distributed net income of the company for 2011 at the size of 124.282 million soums.
The company said that shareholders directed 6.214 million soums to formation of reserve fund (5% of net income) and 62.141 million soums to payment of dividends (50%).
Agregat Zavodi said that the size of dividend per share will make up 13.86 soums.
Agregat Zavodi also allocated 44.891 million soums to development of the company and 11.035 million soums to remuneration of Supervisory Council.
