It should be reminded that the document was signed on 5 September 2017 in Bishkek during the state visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Kyrgyzstan.

Under the agreement, the parties will cooperate and provide mutual assistance, as well as expand effective mechanisms for exchange of experience and information on tax issues in order to prevent, detect and suppress violations of the tax legislation of the two countries.

Cooperation under this Agreement is carried out through the taxation authorities of the states of the parties by sending requests for assistance to each other.
