The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered the decision of the bank on issuing of shares.

In line with the emission, the company will issue 28,674 shares, of which 21,291 are ordinary shares and 7,383 are preferential stocks. Total volume of emission makes up 51,613,200 soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders of Sharqiy Qurama OJSC through replacing shares of Sharqiy Qurama to stocks of AGMK.

At the same time, State Property of Uzbekistan will receive 21,291 ordinary shares and individual shareholders of Sharqiy Qurama will get 7,383 preferential shares.

The company said two shares of Sharqiy Qurama OJSC will be converted to one share of AGMK.

Sharqiy Qurama OJSC merged to AGMK. Scientific-production center Geology of non-ferrous metals has been created on the base of Sharqiy Qurama OJSC.

The center will specialize on geological exploration of non-ferrous metals and associated natural resources.

Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine (Almalyk) is one of the largest producer of nonferrous metal in Central Asia and only copper producer of Uzbekistan. AGMK produces 90% of silver and 20% of gold in Uzbekistan. The company has two mining enterprises, two concentrating plants and two metallurgy plants.
