Aggregate portfolio of leasing operations reaches 2.59 trln. soums in 2016

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Aggregate portfolio of leasing operations in Uzbekistan made up 2.59 trillion soums in 2016, which grew by 5.5% compared to 2015.

In the reporting period, the lessors of Uzbekistan signed almost 5,540 new leasing deals with total volume for 973.1 billion soums.

Agriculture equipment led among the leased objects in 2016 with total share of 32.5% in total structure of leasing deals.

Currently, 126 leasing companies, including 24 banks, provide leasing services in Uzbekistan.
