Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 17 October 2022, the Afrosiyob high-speed train No. 764/763 Tashkent - Samarkand - Tashkent stopped for the first time at the Dashtabad station in Zaamin district of Jizzakh region.

The symbolic ceremony of welcoming the train, which brought a group of local tourists, was attended by the deputy khokim of the region S. Rahmonkulov, the deputy khokim of the district S. Anvarov, the prosecutor of the Zaamin district, the head of the Department of Internal Affairs, mahalla activists, as well as the Dashtabad City Cultural Center with their festive performance .

After the ceremony, the tourists were taken on a special vehicle for a tour of the area.
