The breach of regulations in 2011 AFC Champions League and AFC Cup dominated the cases. The committee imposed a total fine of US$286,000 on players and clubs for violating the regulations.
Four Uzbek clubs – Pakhtakor, Bunyodkor, Nasaf and Shortan – were also fined by the AFC Disciplinary Committee.
The clubs were fined for US$5,000 each for failing to provide DVD records of the matches of the first and second round of Champions League and AFC Cup.
Head coach of Kyrgyzstan Anarbek Ormombekov has been banned for four matches for unsporting behavior at the match of the AFC Challenge Cup against Maldives. Now, he will miss two matches against Uzbekistan within the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
