1. The Saudi Arabian FF has been fined $2,000 for the liability of spectator conduct when water bottles and other objects were thrown onto the pitch during Al Ittihad’s match against Umm Salal of Qatar in the AFC Champions League on May 26.
2. Al Ittihad of Saudi Arabia have been fined $1,000 for the failure of any starting player to attend the pre-match press conference of the AFC Champions League match against Umm Salal of Qatar on May 19, 2009.
3. The Uzbekistan Football Federation have been fined $1,000 after a laser beam was aimed repeatedly at the Pohang Steelers goalkeeper during their AFC Champions League match on September 23 against Bunyodkor. Under the AFC Disciplinary Code, the organising associations are responsible for taking all possible safety precautions.
4. Pakhtakor manager Babayan Samvel has been suspended for two matches, which includes one automatic suspension incurred as a result of his expulsion, for using foul language against the referee during Pakhtakor’s match against Al Ittihad on September 24 in the AFC Champions League. Samvel shall serve the suspensions in the club’s subsequent official matches in an AFC competition.
5. Pakhtakor coach Viktor Djalilov has been suspended for six matches, which includes one automatic suspension incurred as a result of his expulsion, for using foul language against the referee during Pakhtakor’s match against Al Ittihad on September 24 in the AFC Champions League. Djalilov shall serve the suspensions in the club’s subsequent official matches in an AFC competition.
6. The Chinese Football Association has been fined $3,000 for failing to comply with the obligation of vetting a player Liu Yi’s age who was registered under two different dates of birth for the AFC U-19 Championship 2008 and the AFC Champions League 2009.
7. The Football Federation of the Kyrgyzstan Republic has been fined $5,000 for failure to prevent improper conduct by the spectators who threw water bottles and other objects onto the pitch during the Phnom Penh vs Dordoi-Dynamo match in the AFC President’s Cup on June 12.
8. The All Nepal Football Association have been fined $7,000 for their failure to prevent bottle-throwing and stone-throwing incidents during the AFC Challenge Cup 2010 Qualifiers between Kyrgyzstan and Nepal. Under the AFC Disciplinary Code, the organising associations are responsible for taking all possible safety precautions.
9. The Iran Football Federation has been fined $3,000 for their failure to prevent bottle-throwing incidents during the AFC Champions League match between Piroozi and Bunyodkor on May 27. Under the AFC Disciplinary Code, the organising associations are responsible for taking all possible safety precautions.
10. Pohang Steeler’s goalkeeper coach Kim Il-jin has been fined $1,000 for behaviour unbecoming of a team official during the team’s AFC Champions League match against Bunyodkor on September 23.
11. South China coach Kim Pan Gon has been given a stern warning for his aggressive behaviour during their AFC Cup match against Neftchi on September 15. Besides, Chan Siu Ki has been suspended for two matches and fined $2,250 for an act amounting to assaulting the referee. Tales Schutz has been suspended for three matches and fined $4,500 for assaulting the match commissioner.
12. The Football Association of Thailand has been fined $1,000 for the Thailand coach’s failure to attend the post-match press conference after the Vietnam vs Thailand match in the AFC U-19 Women’s Championship.
