According to last regulation, top three clubs automatically qualify to the final stage of the AFC Futsal Club Championship. From 2014, only champion and host country will keep this right.

Sanae Giti Pasand of Iran won the AFC Futsal Club Championship 2012, Ardus was the second. Nagoya Oceans was third. Champions of Iran, Uzbekistan and Japan will qualify to the AFC Futsal Club Championship 2013 automatically.

The UFF said that Australia, China, Indonesia, Iraq, South Korea, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Myanmar, Philippines, Qatar, Thailand, UAE and Vietnam confirmed their participation at the tournament.
