Delegates from the region, members of Political Council of the party and MPs of the Legislative Chamber, activists and others participated in the congress.
During the congress, the participants discussed activities of Adolat in last several years and tasks for future, critically analyzed works of the party and its MPs.
It was noted that Adolat became a political power and currently unites 102,188 members. It has 3,237 primary preliminary organizations in all regions of Uzbekistan.
The party paid attention to improving skills of its employees on work with voters. The party organized various seminars for its members, which helped to launch education system for party cadres.
Adolat actively participated in law-making process and participated in development and adoption of the draft laws on strengthening system of healthcare, science, education, etc.
The participants of the congress discussed preparation to elections to legislative and representative bodies, efficient activities of the election staffs, fruitful work with the voters. The party approved a pre-election programme, which says that the party will focus on developing healthcare and education, social partnership, rule of law, etc.
The party approved a list of candidates to MPs of the Legislative Chamber. The participants also discussed other issues and elected new members of Political Council and Central Revision Commission.
