The Asian Development Bank [ADB] is willing to give 40m dollars for the construction of the second section of the Uzbekistan - Kazakhstan gas pipeline in Kyrgyzstan, Kyrgyz Finance Minister Akylbek Dzhaparov told a news conference following an international investment forum on 1 May.

He noted that the ADB director for Central and West Asia, Juan Miranda, had expressed the preliminary willingness to provide funds [for construction of pipeline section], Kyrgyz news agency 24.kg website reported.
