Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In Uzbekistan, the total number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic has reached 125,784. During the past day, 789 new cases of COVID-19 and 521 cases of pneumonia were recorded.

New cases were detected in all regions of Uzbekistan. Most of all new cases were registered in Tashkent (112), Tashkent (105) and Surkhandarya (89) regions.

According to official figures, six patients died on July 26 (a total of 845 deaths from COVID-19).

According to the Ministry of Health, 871 infected have recovered (a total of 120 329 since the beginning of the pandemic).

4610 patients with coronavirus are being treated.
