Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A new head of the Agency for Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry of Uzbekistan has been appointed.

According to the Ministry of Health, Abdulla Azizov has been appointed to the position of director of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Prior to this appointment, Azizov served as deputy chairman of the board of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine (AGMK) for digitalization.
