Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev appointed a new deputy minister of finance on 17 September 2019.

Abdimukhtor Ergashev in accordance with the resolution of the President of Uzbekistan was appointed as Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Abdimukhtor Ergashev was born in 1977 in Kumkurgan district of Surkhandarya region. He graduated from Termez State University in 2000, Tashkent State Economic University in 2004 and in 2009 graduated from the Academy of State and Social Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Prior to that, he served as Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Ergashev is an expert with extensive practical knowledge and experience in the field of agriculture, as well as with global knowledge of trends in this field.
