Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — An ecological project is planned for implementation in the Yangikhoyat district of Tashkent to create a public trade and entertainment boulevard based on a public-private partnership (PPP).

The Tashkent administration, in collaboration with "Tashkent Invest Company," is inviting entrepreneurs to participate in this project.

The new boulevard will offer various opportunities for leisure, sports, entertainment, and shopping, making it a popular destination for local residents.

It aims to attract families for recreational activities, gastronomic and entertainment events, and enhance urban life overall.

A distinctive feature of the project is the use of lightweight structures, which will not only create a unique atmosphere but also accelerate the construction process, benefiting investors.

In the initial phase, the project includes several key functional zones:

- Gastronomic Zone: Cafes, restaurants, fast food outlets, and other dining establishments.

- Sports Zone: A fitness center, basketball and football courts, as well as sports goods stores.

- Trade Zone: Clothing shops, an eco-market, and various other retail outlets.

- Children’s Entertainment Zone: A trampoline center, playgrounds, and a children’s car track.

The project spans an area of 3.1 hectares, with a boulevard length of 1 km, accommodating 250 containers divided into four functional zones.

The facility may be leased to investors on a long-term basis under the PPP conditions, and a preliminary project concept is already available for entrepreneurs to review.
