Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - In accordance with the "Strategy for reforming the banking system of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2020-2025", the Board of the Central Bank approved the "Methodology for assessing the quality of banking services in commercial banks."

Based on this methodology, the Central Bank will assess the quality of services provided in banks by conducting periodic surveys among consumers of banking services, the results of which will form an assessment rating of banks and publish on the official website and pages of the Central Bank in social networks.

This tool will serve to identify gaps and eliminate existing systemic deficiencies in banking services, as well as increase the responsibility of banks for fulfilling their obligations.
