Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 20 April, a solemn march of military personnel will take place along the central streets of Tashkent, the press service of the Ministry of Defense reports.

The event will be held to develop a sense of patriotism and pride in the defenders of the fatherland among the country's citizens and youth.

The ceremonial procession of military personnel will be accompanied by the musical accompaniment of an orchestra performing military songs.

During the stops of the march, demonstration performances in hand-to-hand combat among military personnel will be held, as well as performances by the Honor Guard.

The ceremonial march of military units will begin at 12:00 from the main gate of the Academy of the Armed Forces.
