Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A solar photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 1.2 MW was commissioned at the enterprise for the purpose of using it for its own needs.

The total area of the photoelectric power plant is 1.3 hectares. More than 1,780 solar panels have been installed at the station.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Energy, as a result of the commissioning of this power plant, an additional 2.7 million kWh of electricity per year will be generated.

As a result, 500,000 cubic meters of natural gas per year will be saved.
