Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A new deputy director of the Institute of Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been appointed.

Bakhtiyor Rustamovich Mustafayev was appointed as the deputy director of ISMI. 

Before his appointment, Bakhtiyor Mustafayev worked in various positions in the Presidential Administration, deputy director of the International Institute of Central Asia and in other structures.

He is a graduate of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
