During the meeting, the parties discussed dynamically developing cooperation with the World Bank group in various areas of socio-economic development of Uzbekistan, bearing in mind the implementation of already launched programs, the processes of transition to new stages in their implementation, and also considered the possibility of expanding the spectrum of interaction and developing new ones. projects.

The World Bank assisted in the implementation of the state-sponsored Obod Mahalla state program for improving rural conditions in the countryside, as well as the consultative participation of group experts in a tender for the construction of a photovoltaic station, the first transaction in the country's history to attract foreign investment in public-private partnerships, was highly appreciated. in this area.

In addition, opportunities for attracting the World Bank to develop a concept for reforming the aviation sector, improving public investment management and diagnosing the country's investment attractiveness were discussed.

Following the meeting, agreements were reached on the formation of a new cooperation program aimed at ensuring a decent standard of living for the population by improving road, water, energy and social infrastructure, as well as creating a favorable climate for attracting private and direct investments. The signed agreement plays an important role in implementing the decision Central Election Commission "On Conducting a Month of Propaganda of Electoral Laws."
